Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All orders are aimed to processed within 1-3 working days. Each order will be processed and packed with quality, care and hygiene.
Tracking information will be provided on all orders. Shipping confirmation emails are sent once the order has been shipped.
We do advise that you keep track of your shipped item as we are not liable for any parcels that are lost and or damaged.
Returns:
Exchanges or Store Credit: If you have had a change of heart, would like a size change or design change, we offer exchanges or store credits for unworn clothing, permitting that all the below requirements can be met:
- The item/s is unworn and unwashed in its original packaging with the original tags still attached.
- The Simmer team are notified within 14 days of purchase that an exchange/store credit is required.
- The item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order
- These requirements are to be met in order for a store credit or exchange to be granted.
- If any are left unsatisfied, we have the right to refuse the return.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 14 days of purchase. Please contact simmer.clothing@outlook.com. We will attempt to respond within 48 hours.
Upon contacting us, please provide receipts of your purchase along with photographic evidence of the damaged product. It is then our discretion to provide you with a refund or store credit.
